| Men Need to Become More Like Women in Their Relationships!!!!
Men need to learn the secrets of becoming more feminine while
still holding onto their manhood. And
when they can successfully learn this they will master how to play the game!
This skill and willingness can cause them great success in every aspect of
their life. It is called connectedness in
the business world. It is charisma in intimate relationships and it is
described as empathy in relationships with their children. The key for men
is to create balance in their personality and to still be able to be seen as a
man by learning to play the game! The question is, is it feminine to
communicate directly and honestly even when it does create a disagreement, or
is it just simply being honest and direct? Is it feminine to really listen to
both the words and the emotion behind what your partner is saying, or is it
simply respectful and what you would want in return? Is it being like a girl to
initiate date night and hand holding without wanting sex in return or is it
just you expressing that you appreciate and see her as a real person that need
affection? Many times men get in such a rut with who they have become and the
negative things they see on the media about them and it makes them neglect to
see how simple it is to work on connecting to the one that they were once
attracted to. The same work and effort that the male once put into the relationship to get his significant
other, should increase double fold to keep her.
Although this is rarely talked about, most men would agree
that what they are actually attracted to, is a woman that has both a balance of
both female and masculine qualities. Feminine enough to wear a dress sometimes
and to be comfortable enough to position herself to be the receiver in the relationship and masculine enough where she is not needy
but she has a sense of independence and confidence that helps her during her
most challenging times. This ability to balance your gender traits go beyond
what is needed in both your personal and professional life. It is actually the
key to being a “turn on” to the opposite sex. This same attraction that the
male have, is also very attractive and appealing also the female. Unless the
female has been abused before, many women think they want a mysterious, quite,
Rambo type man. And this may be what attracts her initially to him; but once
she starts increasing her involvement with him she desires for him to be more
open, honest and a person that can express more empathy when she needs it. Experts have caught on that this is a key
that women need. You see more and more books on teaching women on how to act like a girl but think like a man; yet,
experts dare suggest to the man that he should act like Rambo but have the
characteristics of Sheila!

What happens when your husband is over thirty and still watches cartoons? What does it mean when you are looking for a second job and your husband spends his free time playing video games?
The media and popular culture often attribute women's unhappiness in relationships to either stress or the "super woman syndrome." In her book When You Have Outgrown Him, Dr. Kimberly Ventus-Darks clearly identifies and confronts the taboo topic no one wants to reveal: some women outgrow their mates. She provides a clear guide to evaluating whether to stay in or leave the relationship.
Imbalances in relationships often grow as some women seek to strive and achieve greater success and maturity than their mates. Most women are reluctant to discuss the idea of outgrowing their mates because many of these men may still be loving fathers, committed family men and hard workers, which adds to women's conflicting emotions. Dr. Ventus-Darks provides practical solutions for growth issues, insightful self-assessments and productive ways to prevent outgrowth, helping women sort through the shame and confusion they feel when their partners are immature, boring and/or not equal partners in life responsibilities.
In When You Have Outgrown Him, Dr. Ventus-Darks exposes the ways couples sabotage their relationships and presents constructive resolutions for relationship troubles. Women's real-life stories illustrate and make accessible unique predicaments of outgrowth to readers. With Dr. Ventus-Darks' guidance, women will confront the issue that they have outgrown their mates and choose whether to leave the relationship or follow one of Dr. Ventus-Darks' customized paths toward creating better, long-lasting relationships.
